No Yoga experience required. Introduction to fundamental poses with majority of the poses completed seated, kneeling and lying.

A step up from beginner starting to learn more poses and introducing some flow.
Time: Monday 6:30pm
4 week session
Sunset Flow: Poses focus on core strengthening and gentle flowing poses. Ending class with longer relaxation pose to guarantee a good night sleep.
