Classes just for Beginners combined with classes suited to those just starting out.  Online guidance and advice from trained fitness instructors.  Choose from the following classes. 

Must be beginner and only available once per customer. 

Mondays at 7:30pm, Thursdays at 7:30pm

Tuesday 7pm, Saturday 10:30am
Country Heat
Sunday 6pm, Tuesday 6:15pm  Thursday 6:30pm
Monday 6:30pm   Saturday 9:30am
